Yep. Put your source code where you want it. Atlas Hub will pick up your code from there when it is needed. Optionally, you can cache the last run code in case your code server ever goes offline.

When a tasks completes you have the option to send a success/failure email. Task output can be attached or embedded in the email.

Projects and tasks can use parameters that are inserted during the run. Parameters can also be used in output file names.

By default the output is saved in your backup file server. If your vender uses (S)FTP, SAMB, or something else, the files can be send there as well.

Yep, setup an SSH job to check the cpu or ram on your servers, set the job up to fail if the cpu is over 90% and you will get an email when your server are bogged down! Think about what else you can do over ssh!
